Best Staff and Doctors in all the Southbay!! I won't go anywhere else!! Very clean and efficient. I was in and out very quickly. Thanks to Dr. Smith and Natalie for helping to get me in and out today.

I have been going to ocean medical for a few years now and I've been really happy with the care. Dr Smith takes the time to discuss my concerns/ questions and provides a plan that helps me manage my health. All the staff is friendly and helpful and I found a place that does more than treat me like a number.

Wow! What a great experience here. Dr. Smith was very easy to talk to and with awesome bedside manner that just puts you at ease. Medical Assistant Dawn Offray was awesome as she took my vitals and my blood. I appreciate everything you all did for me today!

I am always a bit skeptical of Urgent Care, but I had a great experience here, I had lived my finger open and thought it would heal on it's own, 6 days later I woke up with a fat infected finger, I rushed in here and Dr. Bradley Smith took great care of me. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I was extremely impressed with everyone here. Thank you!!

Dr. Smith is a great, caring and very knowledgeable doctor. The other doctors are great if you are in a hurry and Dr. Smith is there is you need more attention.

I have been going to Ocean Medical for over 20 years. I recently had to have a blood test (and I am a complete chicken) Dawn took my blood (and I have hard to find veins) with no problem and minimal discomfort. They have the ability to handle most matters right there without having to go anywhere else. They have great hours and their staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Smith is the best!

Ordered my prescription online because my insurance makes me. 5 days after I order I check status and see a note that they need to have me reach out to doctor to call them. Seems like they can look up the number as easy as I can, however, I got Natalie on the line. She told me no problem, call my insurance, then called me back to let me know everything fixed. She was very pleasant and professional. That's what keeps me coming back.

This place feels like home, well as good as a doctor's office can at least. Dr Smith is excellent, caring, detailed and listens to you. Quite rare with docs nowadays, especially in Primary care. He's built a fabulous staff around him and they all work in concert to get you in and out with what you need. Dr Smith is very good with follow ups and you feel as if he truly cares about your long term health...

I had my assistant google local labs for some blood work needed by an out of state doctor. I planned to just go in and get out. I was greeted by Dr. Smith after I did my initial ppwk. He took a tremendous amount of time with me to explain the practice and how they would take extra care to insure the blood draws were billed properly since they were out of ordinary. He also pointed out I had a heart murmur...

This place is full of very kind, patient people. I was relieved my doctor there, Dr. Smith, was so friendly and willing to explain my infection so thoroughly. The prices for people struggling with unemployment are very reasonable. Also, shoutout for the most painless blood drawing I've ever had done. Didn't even feel it!
